Before we start, we would like
to mention that all members of WSKF-Lebanon are amateurs. They are
volunteers, and they work for the improvement and the implementation
of the true karate spirit throughout Lebanon.
During our start, we had lots of
committees, like technical committee, fund raising, development,
press, and so on. But due to the insight of the chief instructor,
this has gone through a tremendous change. We have to adapt to the
ideas of the new millennium. Thus a new committee has emerged which
has replaced all the old committees, in a way. This new committee is
the Affiliate Committee. This committee integrates all the
affiliated clubs and members. This shows the belief of the Chief
Instructor, which lies in the young generation, which is exposed to
all kinds of ideas and techniques.
We always encourage our members to
participate in all events on the national and international level.
This comprises their contribution in raising the standard of
karate. |

|
WSKF-Lebanon is an entity
consisting of a group of clubs, associations as well as individuals.
Thus, the structure that best fit the afore mentioned assortment of
members, is the organization structure with a controlling
board.
The board
consists of a president, a Vice President, General Secretary, Chief
Instructor, Treasurer and advisors. Following is a complete list of
board members with information about them.
The committees process the executive work
of the board. This work encompasses planning, supervising, and fund
raising of all WSKF-Lebanon events. Another role of the committees
is that they supervise the integration of our members is all karate
aspects on the national level.

Mr. Abdallah Saleh is the chief
instructor of WSKF-Lebanon. He is currently Roku Dan. He has
acquired this grade through the traditional way of official grading,
in Japan. He strongly believes in the tradition and culture of
WSKF.
In joining WSKF,
he has made a major move in his karate life. He has strongly
believed in the new ideas that Kasuya Sensei was and is still trying
to introduce into karate. Abdallah Sensei is a person who strives
for perfection and improvement of character and technique through
hard training, in accordance with the tradition of classical karate.
This must be topped with the scientific improvement in sports and
science in the modern days.
Sensei Abdallah has been pursuing a karate life for more
than 30 years now. He has traveled all over the world to get a
hands-on experience of what is going around in the karate world. He
always implements the scientific approach in his training, so that
his students may benefit the maximum from his wide and long
experience. |
